We're seeking an experienced Project Lead to support ECS customer migrations to the Private Cloud.

As a Project Lead, you'll be responsible for managing complex projects and coordinating with internal and external teams.

You'll ensure seamless project execution and meet quality expectations while leveraging ECS resources to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ECS customer migration projects to the Private Cloud.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as a customer advocate, understanding and addressing their needs throughout the migration process.
  • Leverage ECS resources to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and service.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including CDE team, ECS Delivery team, and External partners.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as an ECS Project Lead, with a deep understanding of ECS processes and systems.
  2. Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills.
  3. Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  4. Technical Skills: Experience in managing large-scale migrations or cloud integration projects is highly desirable.
