Huvudsakliga arbetsområden

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsområden inkluderar:

  • Intäktsuppföljning: Ansvara för all intäktsuppföljning i bolagets viktigaste styrdokument.
  • Budget- och prognosuppföljning: Ansvara för budget- och prognosuppföljning för pågående kundprojekt.
  • Offertdata: Sammanställa, analysera och följa upp offertdata löpande.
  • Fakturering och kundfordringar: Sköta fakturering och uppföljning av kundfordringar på månadsbasis.
  • Konsultverksamhet: Stötta vid uppföljning av konsultverksamheten vad gäller framdrift i projekt, lönsamhet och planering på veckobasis.
  • Redovisningsbyrå: Stötta i att övervaka och följa upp vår externa redovisningsbyrå som sköter den löpande bokföringen digitalt på dagligbasis.
  • Beslutsunderlag: Delta i att förbereda presentationer och ta fram beslutsunderlag till ledningsgrupp och styrelse.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har/är:

  • Relevant utbildning: Relevant utbildning inom ekonomi, redovisning eller motsvarande.
  • Analytisk förmåga: Kombinerar god analytisk förmåga med serviceinriktad framtoning och har vana av att jobba med motparter som ställer höga krav.
  • Noggrannhet: Noggrann, strukturerad och prestigelös i ditt arbete.
  • Kvalitetsfokus: Sätter ett högt värde på att leverera med hög kvalitet, ta uppgifter framåt och att hitta lösningar på problem.
  • IT-kunskaper: Goda IT-kunskaper samt utmärkta kunskaper i Excel och gärna PowerPoint.

Det är meriterande om du, utöver grundläggande förutsättningar inom yrket, besitter erfarenhet inom någon/några av dessa moment: budgetprocesser, rapportering, uppföljning eller vana att arbeta i programmet PE.
