About the Role

We are looking for an experienced technical leader who can develop and maintain the Retail Portal, a management tool used by our Retail solutions in the Nordic countries. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for setting the technical vision, coaching team members, and being a close sparring partner with your Product Owner.

The role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, coding practices, and architecture. You should be able to inspire and motivate team members, make technical decisions, and act as a technical architect for the Retail Portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide the development team towards set goals.
  • Empower the team to take ownership and drive development initiatives forward.
  • Make technical decisions and act as a technical architect for the Retail Portal.

You will also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Dynamo DB, PostgreSQL, S3, EventBridge, SNS/SQS, API GW, Vue3, and CloudFront.

Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of AWS Principles and serverless architectures.
  • Experience with front-end development using Vue3 or other web app frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks like Cypress.
  • Familiarity with hosting web apps on AWS and CloudFront.
