About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HIL Verification Engineer to join our team at GTT Electromobility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying that our batteries fulfill all safety, performance, and functional requirements. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing test methods and test requirements for our battery management system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience. You will work closely with SW development teams, suppliers, and other functions to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Your Responsibilities
- Verification of BMS SW in regards of functionality, performance and safety.
- Increasing automation of testing procedures.
- Development of test methods and test requirements.
- Developing our ways of working within BMS area.
- Planning, performing, reporting and following up of verification deliverables.
About You
- Master's degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience in HIL rig verification, battery management systems, and system integration.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills, with experience in working in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Familiarity with dSpace tools (Automation desk, configuration desk, Control desk) and SystemWeaver.
