About the Role

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for designing HVDC converter valves and related systems within a 3D-CAD environment. You will participate in the design process, creating detailed designs using NX and Team Center tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing mechanical designs for HVDC converter valve projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment and quality
  • Participating in the development of innovative and complex products

You will work on delivering projects on time while maintaining a strong focus on cost-effectiveness and quality. As a responsible individual, you will uphold the company's core values of safety and integrity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree with relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design
  • Proficiency in 3D-CAD tools, with knowledge of NX being highly advantageous
  • Strong computer skills, with familiarity with Team Center and SAP
  • Experience in high-voltage products or a development environment is a plus
  • A strong team player with excellent collaboration and self-learning skills
  • A driven and responsible individual with a deep understanding of complex systems
  • Fluent in English, Swedish language skills are highly desirable
