About the Role

We seek an experienced leader to drive our Platform Engineering team forward. As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the development of a platform that empowers engineering teams to build high-quality products efficiently.

  • You will lead the daily work of the Platform Engineering team in agile methodologies, focusing on improving the developer experience through tooling practices and scaling techniques.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enable their self-sufficiency throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Define the platform strategy by contributing to roadmaps and architectures that balance immediate needs with long-term scalability and sustainability.
  • Drive platform automation by improving cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and security to minimize operational overhead.
  • Foster best practices in GCP, ensuring the team leverages tools and methodologies that maximize scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster technical growth, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Key Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in building enabling platforms and support systems for engineering teams.
  • Expertise in either cloud operations or DevOps, with strong knowledge of infrastructure as code, containerization orchestration, and monitoring logging.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and SRE principles, with a focus on uptime, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams to foster alignment and collaboration.
About the Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €120,000 to €180,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
