The Credit Management Executive (AR) plays a vital role in handling Account Receivable operations for Singtel and NCS Group of companies.

• Monitor and manage receipts, ensuring accurate payment processing.
• Process refund requests, providing supporting documents as needed.
• Prepare GIRO forms and communicate with vendors regarding rejected payments.
• Manage generic mailboxes and handle work-related correspondence.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Finance Operations Handling Reconciliation.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite/tools.
• Basic Accounting Knowledge.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English.
• Adaptability to Work Based on Singapore Public Holiday Calendar.
