We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities globally.
Our extensive global network footprint spans commercial and retail buildings, carrier-neutral hotels, data centers, and colocation facilities. We offer high-speed internet access, Ethernet transport services, and facilities-based IP network backbone.
In this role, you will employ consultative selling techniques and relationship-building strategies to work directly with key decision-makers. You will identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within a global sales territory, focusing on market segments who require IP transit, Wave connectivity, Ethernet, Colocation and IPv4 services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Calling and Email Outreach: Employ direct calling, email outreach, and customer meetings to connect with key decision-makers and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Required Skills:
- Telesales experience in any industry, with B2B sales experience being an advantage
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively with key decision-makers.
