About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. As an Azure Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure for generative AI use cases on Microsoft Azure.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Azure Resource Manager templates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build infrastructure for generative AI use cases on Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components
- Implement IaC best practices using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Azure Resource Manager templates
- Manage and monitor network protocols, keys, encryption/decryption for secure data transmission
- Develop monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure smooth functioning of the infrastructure
- Write scripts in Bash, Python, and Shell to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
- Design, implement, and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and efficient deployment of AI applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to generative AI, Azure cloud computing, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Administrator with a focus on IaC
- Proficient in Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform
- Strong understanding of container networking, storage, and security
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, and Shell
- Experience with networking protocols, encryption/decryption techniques, and secure data transmission
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Experience with streaming systems MQ, Kafka, Azure Event Hubs
- Nice to have: Microsoft certified: Azure Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
