We are seeking a seasoned Project Planner to join our Nordic Cluster organization in Västerås, Sweden. As a key member of our Planning Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects from tendering to handover.
Your expertise and proactive approach will ensure the consistency and alignment of time, cost, and progress, ultimately contributing to the satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and developing solutions to address them.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including Project Managers, Project Controllers, Lead Engineers, Buyers, Site Managers, and customers. Your role will involve communicating schedule information to stakeholders, preparing reports and analyses, and promoting the importance of planning and scheduling within the organization.
Your Role
- Creating, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules, including costs, resources, and risks.
- Communicating schedule information to stakeholders, including Project Managers, Project Controllers, Lead Engineers, Buyers, Site Managers, and customers.
- Preparing reports and analyses, including S-curves, CPA, Resource Histograms, and On-Time-Delivery Milestones.
- Promoting the importance of planning and scheduling within the organization.
- Developing solution options to handle delays together with the project team.

Requirements
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- Several years of experience in planning and scheduling.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
- Ability to prepare and maintain high-quality project schedules.
- Self-driven person with a goal-oriented and structured way of working.
- Experience working with Primavera P6 and Oracle Unifier is seen as an advantage.
- Project Management Certificate (PMP and/or PMI-SP) is seen as an advantage.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English is advantageous.
