Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivation Leadership: Plan and lead cultivation work in our greenhouse, ensuring optimal plant growth through climate and irrigation system monitoring.
  • Daily Plant Health Checks: Conduct daily plant health checks, manage pest control, and coordinate tasks with junior agronomists.
  • Data Documentation: Document and report data on climate, irrigation, and cultivation processes, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Compliance and Support: Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food standards, serving as a backup for the Chief Agronomist when needed.
