Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing workflows to automate reporting processes and creating interactive tools for stakeholders.
  • Providing expertise in business intelligence to support colleagues in the creation of visualizations and data interpretation.
  • Training end users and creating documentation on data tool usage to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborating with the Data Warehouse team to develop and implement business intelligence strategies and processes.
  • Supporting data analysts with larger, complex projects.
  • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintaining and supporting our reporting platforms.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, or operations research.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, building visualizations/dashboards and working with complex queries.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for reporting.
  • Experience using visualization tools like Tableau or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive work ethic.
  • Willingsness to undertake training and certifications as directed by the company.
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Programming knowledge, preferably in Python, or willingness to learn.
