Axel Springer Group is seeking a highly skilled B2B Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that drive lead acquisition and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, with a proven track record of managing demand generation campaigns, including SEM, paid LinkedIn campaigns, and multi-channel strategies focused on lead generation and conversions.

You will be responsible for campaign strategy and execution, marketing automation expertise, paid media management, and collaboration and efficiency. You will plan, design, and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM and paid campaigns on LinkedIn, to drive lead acquisition and conversions.

You will also act as the super user of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce. Your expertise in automation workflows will enable you to optimize lead management, tracking, and reporting.

In addition, you will develop and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI, incl LinkedIn paid campaigns. You will design and execute personalized, automated email campaigns, including segmentation and nurturing strategies to engage leads and boost conversions.

As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on goals, ensure lead quality, and drive business outcomes. Your strong organizational and project management skills will enable you to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
