We are seeking a skilled Payroll Strategist to join our team at JobBusters AB. In this role, you will drive and contribute to Compensation & Performance strategy across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and the Baltics.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop Compensation Programs: Create and implement compensation programs that align with company philosophy and legal requirements, while optimizing talent attraction and retention.
- Manage Total Rewards: Oversee and maintain total rewards processes in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate with Business Leaders: Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address current challenges through improved HR policies and processes.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends in total rewards and recommend consistent, competitive solutions.
- Country-Specific Programs: Develop and execute country- and region-specific programs in consultation with global Expert Services, sharing best practices where relevant.
- Key Contact: Act as a key contact for Group Expert Services, providing feedback on implementation and supporting design projects.
- Project Leadership: Lead compensation-related projects, such as Workday implementation, as assigned by the local HR Leadership Team.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with Operational HR Services (GBS) to enhance support and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and financial plans, managing exceptions and escalating as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree: You have a degree within a relevant area, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- HR Experience: You have several years of experience working within HR and Compensation.
- Technical Skills: You have advanced Microsoft Excel and HRIS skills, such as SAP or Workday.
- Languages: You are fluent in English in speech and writing.
- Global Experience: Experience in working in a global organization is preferred.
Scope
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
