Establish a strong presence in SEB's Group Finance team as we seek an experienced Treasury Finance Specialist to oversee internal funds transfer pricing (IFTP) at Group Finance. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality reports and analyses to stakeholders across the organization.
The ideal candidate for this position has a Master of Science in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting, preferably from Banking or Treasury. Fluency in English is required, with Swedish being a desirable asset. As a skilled communicator, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders at different levels within the organization to drive change and development initiatives.
As a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of SEB's finance organization by developing and implementing global initiatives. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for Accounting, Financial, and Regulatory Reporting processes for SEB AB, including:
- Global responsibility for IFTP process at Group Finance, encompassing accounting, development, and improvement.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of SEB AB, involving analysis of financial statements to ensure accurate presentation of IFTP.
- Pursuing ad hoc issues within IFTP accounting, reporting, and processes independently.
- Collaborating with stakeholders at Group Treasury and international sites to coordinate IFTP activities.
- Driving change and development agenda in close collaboration with Group Treasury, setting requirements, and implementing global initiatives.
To excel in this role, we look for candidates with experience in driving change agendas, both setting requirements and implementing global initiatives. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be a self-motivated problem solver, and have strong collaborative abilities.
