Nu söker vi en nyckelperson till stort försäkringsbolag.
Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med andra funktioner och enheter inom kunden, där du deltar i analyser och förbättringsarbete för att förädla arbetssätt och processer.
Du ansvarar för att:
- Proaktivt följa upp och analysera mål och mätetal för portföljen som helhet med tillhörande POS´ar, agila tåg och övriga leveransformer för att beskriva portföljens utveckling och framdrift utifrån ett helhetsperspektiv.
- Utforma och förbättra mallar och processer för målstyrning och datainsamling.
- Supportera, främst rollerna LPM, POS-ordförande och POS-ansvarig/sponsor, i arbetet med portföljens rapportering och uppföljning.
- Stötta LPM i informationsfångsten i syfte att bereda event som t.ex. samplanering, SPR-X, Segments-SPR och Utveckling- & Service råd.
- Supportera vid och protokollförande av möten i SPR-X, APMO och POS´ar.
- Rådgivning på tema rapportering och uppföljning kopplat till portföljstyrningsmodell.
- Samarbeta med controllers för sammanställningar av finansiella nyckeltal och rapporter.
Kvalifikationer och egenskaper
- Talar och skriver engelska och svenska flytande.
- God analytisk förmåga och problemlösningsförmåga.
- Utvecklingsinriktad, flexibel, öppen för förändring och med en god samarbetsförmåga.
- God kommunikationsförmåga och lätt för att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift.
- Vana att arbeta med flöden och processer, koppla det lilla till den övergripande bilden samt se beroenden.
- Erfarenhet av lean agil portföljhantering är meriterande.
