Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Group Business Analyst to join our dynamic Group Finance Team. As part of this team, you will be closely linked to commercial activities and interact frequently with business unit management and various stakeholders. This newly established role reports directly to the Director Business Performance & Controlling.

Responsibilities
  • Support analysis of financial performance, benchmarking, and forecasting
  • Analyze value creation, profitability, and financial performance across business units and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to month-end closing and reporting
  • Act as a business partner for business unit management teams
  • Participate in annual business planning processes
  • Contribute to evaluating and improving business processes
  • Lead and participate in various ad-hoc projects
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or similar field
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in business controlling, management consulting, or similar fields
  • Experience from international companies is advantageous
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with analytical tools, IT systems, and technology
  • Professional level English, both written and spoken
