We're seeking a motivated Room Attendant to join our team at Comfort Hotel Arlanda Airport. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction by maintaining clean and well-appointed rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all amenities are replenished and in working order, responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns promptly, collaborating with colleagues to achieve efficient workflow and high standards, and contributing to our team's success in guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and financial goals. This is a temporary position with possibility for permanent employment, requiring varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, be thorough and attentive to detail, precise and accurate in your work, reliable and punctual with a positive attitude, comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and able to work in a physically active role involving bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Bonus points for previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning, knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, and a proactive approach with a willingness to go the extra mile.
