About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced UX Design Lead to join our Digital Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our digital solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business impact through design.
Responsibilities- Orchestrate UX activities to drive the development of digital solutions, ensuring valuable, desirable, and intuitive experiences.
- Mentor and guide product owners, scrum masters, and development teams in embracing user-centered design methodologies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Elevate the overall maturity level of UX practices, consistently monitoring usability performance across digital platforms.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding user experiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of successfully leading design teams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
