At Vipas AB, we're seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our project team focused on the procurement and implementation of a new Payroll and HR system. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with business experts to identify and document information flows, business logic, data formats, and technical interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architectural analysis and data collection independently.
  • Collaborate with business experts to identify and document information flows, business logic, data formats, and technical interfaces.
  • Develop documentation and materials to support requirements gathering and engage with system vendors.
  • Plan and prepare for the deployment of new or enhanced IT solutions based on business needs, while aligning with existing IT services.
  • Support the documentation of integrations associated with new solutions.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the organization's target architecture.

Requirements:

  • Experience Level 3: 4–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in solution architecture.
  • Strong background in business process and information flow analysis and modeling.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions based on business needs and target architecture.
  • Experience in setting requirements for IT solutions during the procurement process.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering and designing solutions for integrations.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish.
