TN Sweden is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Northern Europe Business Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a market representation business plan that accomplishes specific objectives.

Key responsibilities include making network development strategies, defining and implementing network plans, managing performance improvement growth processes, leading dealership and related contract/agreement negotiations, and coordinating with relevant resources to adjust business processes.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in business management or engineering, with at least 8 years of related experience in the automotive industry within the hiring regions. They will be an expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports, and retail industry reports.
