Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to join our team in Ludvika, Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading production investments and development projects within our manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, organization, and execution to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues.
