We are seeking a skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer/ Data Scientist to join our team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have excellent programming skills and experience working with machine learning models in production.

In May 2023, Infineon Technologies AG acquired 100% of the shares in Imagimob. We are now part of the Connected Secure Systems (CSS) division.
We are a dynamic team of almost 20 employees, divided into three teams: Sales & Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success. As a member of our cross-functional teams, you will collaborate with innovative AI engineers to develop the next generation of AI-powered products.
About the PositionAs a Senior Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist, you will work closely with our customers and take an active role in everything from AI modeling, programming, collecting data to system testing and verification. You will be challenged to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to complex engineering problems.
Our work is centered around refining our model development pipeline, ensuring that we build and deploy models efficiently, and applying our learnings to various cases. We emphasize streamlining processes to deliver models quickly and developing the infrastructure to support them.
Key Responsibilities- Provide rapid solutions to customers using our products and services.
- Tackle a diverse range of customer challenges and issues.
- Participate in strategic planning, contribute to shaping our product offerings, and drive initiatives that align with our long-term vision.
- Develop and deploy efficient AI/ML solutions for edge applications.
- Collaborate with the product team to create customer-specific solutions.
- Work with the sales team to promote products and projects.
- Contribute to the development of infrastructure supporting model deployment and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent programming skills in Python, and preferably some knowledge of C and C#.
- Experience working with machine learning and running models in production.
- Experience working and upholding high programming standards.
- Good knowledge of data analysis, statistics, signal processing, and its practical applications.
- University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, engineering physics, or similar.
- Someone with ownership and initiative – who is interested in participating in strategy discussions and shaping the future of our products.
- Desire for flexibility and handling new tasks or work as it comes in.
- Experience working independently as well as helping colleagues achieve their goals so that customers are satisfied.
It would be beneficial if you also have:
- Experience working with audio data.
- Experience in developing on embedded platforms.
- Experience with a deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Caffe).
- Experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions in real-world applications.
- Experience in programming in C#.
- Experience in working closely with customers.
- Interest in educating customers about machine learning.
