  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einführung und Durchführung agiler Methoden in der Produktentwicklung.
  • Sie entwickeln und verbessern agile Arbeitsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam.
  • Sie tragen zur Implementierung eines agilen Mindsets bei.
  • Durch Ihre Expertise unterstützen Sie die Teams bei der Lösung komplexer Herausforderungen.
  • Nicht zuletzt fördern Sie den Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen den Teams.
Ihr Profil
  • Sie besitzen ein Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer verwandten Disziplin.
  • Zum Auswahlvorgang gehören auch erste praktische Erfahrungen als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach.
  • Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von Jira und Confluence können hilfreich sein.
  • Sie müssen außerdem ein gutes analytisches und lösensorientiertes Denken nachweisen können.
  • Eine solide Deutsch- und Englischsprache ist erforderlich.
