Civils Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our Onshore Wind Team at Ramboll. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects on a national and international scale, ensuring timely completion within budget and in compliance with quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between contractors, turbine suppliers, clients, consultants, and government agencies
- Manage project development, ensuring completion within budget, on time, and in compliance with quality requirements
- Review and evaluate tenders and contracts, providing recommendations for contract allocations
- Update schedules, estimates, prognoses, and budgets
- Complete reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Coordinate review and test processes of civil design, engineering, or technical documentation to ensure compliance with contracts, requirements, and regulations
- Carry out inspections and review documentations for different stages during construction of infrastructure and installations
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in wind power, preferably with experience in project management, construction management, or site management. You should have excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative and empowering culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wind power
- Experience in project management, construction management, or site management

- Knowledge and understanding of different stages in completing a construction project
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
