Overview

Semicon Service Nordic AB is a leading provider of semiconductor solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled DFT Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design verification team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Design for Testability strategies for complex semiconductor designs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement DFT strategies for advanced semiconductor designs using Cadence tools such as Modus DFT Software Solution.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DFT features into the design flow.
  3. Optimize test coverage and efficiency while minimizing test costs and time-to-market.
  4. Support post-silicon validation and debug efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in DFT, including scan insertion, ATPG, BIST, and boundary scan.
  • Proficiency with Cadence tools, particularly Modus DFT Software Solution.
  • Strong understanding of digital design, verification, and test principles.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
