This temporary role is covering for maternity leave for a period of time. It is operational, focusing on creating text content for various channels in English. We are looking for a specialist copywriter who can produce syntactic prose across multiple channels at a native level.

The tasks include agile in-house text production and editing, producing video scripts for expert videos, product launch videos, and webinars, and creating social media posts, web texts, customer case stories, and internal communication activities in line with our brand guidelines.

You will be part of our central Marketing & Communications team and work in close cooperation with several stakeholders and team colleagues to plan, produce, and publish content in line with the Alfa Laval Energy Division's business strategy.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress and results of your external content, continuously working to improve and facilitate the impact of Alfa Laval's global marketing and communication activities on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage target audiences
  • Produce high-quality content for various channels, including web, social media, and video
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute content campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to inform future content decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or Communications
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation and production
  • Native-level English language skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content management systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
