Job Description

We are seeking an experienced management consultant to join our Financial Services team in Stockholm. As a management consultant, you will play a key role in solving our financial services clients' most complex data challenges.

The role offers an opportunity to work with top-tier financial institutions, utilizing new technology such as AI and machine learning to assist the financial services sector as they go through rapid and disruptive change. Our team is one of the most dominant teams in PA and has grown 80% in the last five years.

We are looking for experienced consultants who can take leadership and responsibility for further developing our business within the data and analytics domain in the financial services sector. This role will blend business strategy with data analytics and technology, offering you a platform to influence the direction of top-tier financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects that bring together functional knowledge of financial services with expertise in data management and analytics.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data management and analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' management consulting experience.
  • Strong consulting toolbox, including project management, target state definition, and stakeholder management.
  • Good understanding of the main data platforms and analytical applications in the sector.
  • Practical experience from working on data and analytics projects in financial services organisations.
  • Experience and knowledge of data management, data quality, and data contracts.
  • Experience in designing, establishing, and utilising data environments.
  • Experience with hands-on data analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.
