About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading airline group as a Cultural Ambassador, driving cultural transformation and improving employee engagement.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Cultivate a positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve employee engagement and retention.
  3. Maintain effective relationships with employee unions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  4. Support the implementation of the SAS People Plan and contribute to business growth and success.
  5. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in cultural transformation and employee engagement.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  5. Relevant higher education, preferably at bachelor level or higher.
  6. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language, both written and orally.

Working Arrangements

You will be part of a local People & Culture Partner team in Sweden (4 colleagues) as well as the Scandinavian SAS Airline Operations People & Culture team. Some travelling within Scandinavia and the UK should be expected in this role.
