Key Accountabilities- Cultivate a positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain effective relationships with employee unions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Support the implementation of the SAS People Plan and contribute to business growth and success.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Proven experience in cultural transformation and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant higher education, preferably at bachelor level or higher.
- Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language, both written and orally.

You will be part of a local People & Culture Partner team in Sweden (4 colleagues) as well as the Scandinavian SAS Airline Operations People & Culture team. Some travelling within Scandinavia and the UK should be expected in this role.
