Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Crew Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Welcome and check-in guests, respond to their queries, and provide assistance with their stay.
  • Reception Duties: Manage front desk operations, handle room assignments, and process payments.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
