Job Description:

The role of Automotive Readiness Coordinator at Tesla involves ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety before they are delivered to our customers. This requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough technical inspections of vehicles to identify any defects or issues that need to be addressed.
  2. Use specialized software to document and track any damage to vehicles during transportation, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  3. Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition and history, using our internal software systems.
  4. Work closely with colleagues to ensure that all vehicles are prepared for delivery, including installing customer accessories and removing plastic protection.
  5. Operate a range of equipment, including steamers, hoses, vacuums, and others, to prepare vehicles for delivery.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical experience or affinity in automotive or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and right to work in Sweden.
