As a key member of our Global Supply Chain Solutions (GSCS) team, you will play an important role in taking projects from start to finish by following up on progress, eliminating roadblocks, and escalating issues as needed.
In this role, you will lead procurement activities in assigned programs to ensure readiness, implement pilot projects, and negotiate pricing, delivery, terms, and conditions with suppliers. You will also establish and maintain extensive relationships with important suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse's procurement policies and procedures.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate, coordinate, and communicate project changes. Your goal will be to provide clear, effective, and innovative solutions to the organization's requests while working towards the goal of providing clear, effective, and innovative solutions.
You will report to Warren Edwards, Senior Manager, Procurement Project North Europe, and work onsite at Bränslegatan in Västerås, Sweden with the ability to travel within Europe up to 20% of the time.
