About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruiter to join our team at Maandag Umeå. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top talent with our clients, particularly within the White Collar market.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Collaborate with our Lead Recruiter and Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities

Requirements
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to succeed in a competitive market
  • Ambitious, with strong commercial awareness and a passion for recruitment
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or recruitment within the staffing/secondment industry
  • Proven experience in recruiting white-collar professionals
  • Fluency in Swedish is essential
  • A valid driver's license (Category B)
