Job Title: Medical Territory Sales Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Territory Sales Professional to promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and wants to join one of the largest medical technology organizations in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. In this role, you will begin with a familiarization phase that includes product trainings to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. You will identify, analyze, and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.
  3. You will plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
  4. With your product knowledge, you will advise and train medical and surgical professionals on its use during demonstrations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
  5. You will participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
  6. You will prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up.
  7. You will work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure customer service levels are best in class.
