Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of AI coordinators and software developers
  • Develop AI & Data strategies and plans at MITC
  • Collaborate with the Head of the Tech Center to formulate technical project plans
  • Design and implement AI solutions tailored to production needs in discrete manufacturing companies and SMEs
  • Stay informed about emerging AI trends and integrate them into production processes
  • Lead technical and administrative projects from concept to delivery
  • Support SMEs in their digitalization journey through initiatives like Shift Labs and MATCH
Requirements

Essential Qualities:

  • Proven experience in managing teams and developing AI solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI and data science concepts
  • Effective leadership and collaboration skills
