Senior Project Engineer for CAPEX Initiatives

Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will take the helm of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, particularly focusing on tooling initiatives for plastic components. Your leadership will guide project teams from the initial identification of business requirements through to the successful execution of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project planning and execution by effectively managing personnel, resources, and financial allocations.
- Foster collaboration among team members to enhance project delivery and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing investment projects within cross-functional teams is preferred.
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- Experience in the life sciences or regulated sectors is essential.
- Technical expertise in injection molding is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, is necessary.
