Job Title: Consumer Experience Manager

Description:

As a Consumer Experience Manager at British American Tobacco Sweden, you'll be part of our journey towards A Better Tomorrow. You'll develop and implement the overall consumer experience strategy for Sweden, leading the efficient and effective delivery of the consumer experience function.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and drive the Sweden CX strategy alongside Area CX partners and the end-market.
  • Lead Managers and Equip for Success: Ensure your direct reports are equipped to succeed by ensuring the right development, strategic path, and work environment in the whole CX team in Sweden.
  • Ongoing Influence and Collaboration: Work closely with the Area Consumer Experience Team and influence consistency and alignment with Nordics teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience from a similar role.
  • Engaging and encouraging people, providing direction and focus, and driving results commercially and consumer-centrically.
  • Previous line management experience, including managing managers within a broader team.
  • Effective collaborator management – working with and managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external) with the ability to prioritize often conflicting requirements.
