Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager to join our Digital Engineering team in Malmö. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital products, contributing to strategic planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

\

Responsibilities

  1. \
  2. Develop and implement area strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation\
  3. Contribute to the development and operations of digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives\
  4. Lead the development of the right capabilities, principles, standards, and frameworks to foster an inclusive and diverse environment\
  5. Collaborate with Digital Product Leaders and Project Leaders to ensure the right competence is assigned and developed in the right context\
  6. Work together with stakeholders to balance needs, resources, and expectations to ensure project success\

Requirements

\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

\
  • \
  • a Bachelor's degree within Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related fields\
  • at least 3 years of experience in equal or comparable position\
  • expertise in Software development within data, Engineering and science, Solution Architecture, frontend, backend, embedded, or middleware\
  • extensive knowledge of leading and developing people, with experience in leading other leaders\
  • stakeholder Management, balancing needs, resources, and expectations to ensure that projects and strategies are more successful\
  • end-to-end digital product development and good knowledge of digital technology, digital infrastructure, IT services, and digital steering frameworks\
  • experience in agile frameworks and practices, together with a DevOps mindset\
  • a strong motivation to achieve results, flexibility to adapt to shifting scenarios, and ability to let go of details\
  • autonomy, holistic perspective, and trust in own abilities\
