About the Job Description

The role of the Archivist involves a broad scope of responsibilities, including developing routines and working methods for information management. This will involve working with both physical and digital archives, developing policies for information management, and overseeing project management within archives.

You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in document organization and management, electronic databases, and database management. Your expertise in digital asset management and comparable databases is essential for this role.

Your Key Skills

  • University degree in Information Management, Information Security, Archival Science, Librarianship, or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of archival- and preservation needs in various materials, including paper documents.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in archival work and management, including file and document organization and management, electronic databases, and database management.
  • Digital asset management experience or comparable databases, including asset ingest, export, and metadata creation.
