Electronics Surveillance Director

The role of Product Manager for the group Product Management and Business Solutions involves leading and inspiring a team of professionals to achieve outstanding results. As a manager for this group, you will be responsible for establishing it and ensuring it meets its goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining up-to-date product roadmaps for Arthur, Giraffe AMB product families
• Ensuring alignment with other relevant product management functions and roadmaps
• Driving product management and business solutions within Electronics Surveillance
• Contributing to business plans and strategic planning
• Identifying and driving opportunities to increase profitability related to business solutions

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the defense industry. You should also have experience from product management, strategy, or business development in the relevant domain.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and results-driven. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and promote an open, trustworthy, and innovative climate in your unit and in collaboration with other functions.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
