We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and develop a team of Operative Buyers towards specific site and related product units. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing the Operative Purchasing function, establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring delivery, quality, and cost performance goals are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Personnel responsibility for the team assigned
  • Quality, delivery and cost performance from the suppliers
  • Establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Development of processes, methods and tools within Operative Procurement, together with Operational Excellence and Process owners
