Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the company's information security strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a security-conscious culture.
  2. Drive the ISO 27001 certification project to completion, including risk management, process rollout, and compliance with key security frameworks.
  3. Establish secure software development practices, including product risk management, vulnerability management, and security architecture.
  4. Serve as the subject matter expert and advisor for internal stakeholders, promoting security awareness and best practices company-wide.

About You:
We believe you have a solid background of success in dynamic fast-growing international businesses. With excellent relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders, you are the go-to person for security-related initiatives and questions.

Your Profile Should Include:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in working with information security.
  2. Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 27001 certification and/or SOC2 compliance in a tech company.
  3. Knowledge of secure development practices within software development.
  4. Knowledge in the area of data privacy legislation, mainly GDPR, and best practices for technical and organizational security from a legal perspective.
