We might be looking for you if you match these criteria:

  • Proven sales experience – A strong track record in B2B IT services sales, preferably in the automation market and towards the FSI, Retail or Manufacturing sectors, with a focus on creating real value for our customers and building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills – Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence.
  • Self-motivated & Independent – Thrives in an autonomous role with a high level of ownership and responsibility.
  • Team Player – Works effectively with internal teams, including customer success, operations, and marketing, to drive success.
  • Industry Knowledge – Strong experience with business process automation and relevant market-leading solutions is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Swedish, and Finnish (other Nordic languages are considered a plus).
