Head of Network Security and Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Network Security and Infrastructure to lead our team in driving strategic priorities and goals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for aligning with our business objectives, ensuring value delivery by meeting customer and stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of leadership experience in similar roles within larger IT organizations, preferably within a Communication Service Provider. They should possess deep insights and understanding of relevant domains, including IT infrastructure, network components, large-scale IT operations, and DevOps ways of working.
You will create a collaborative, target-oriented team that strives for better results and provides the best stakeholder experience. Additionally, you will partner with country CIOs and peers in IT and NSD.
Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing self-service delivery experiences, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the security, reliability, and resilience of platforms, integrations, and services. Vendor management, lifecycle management (LCM) of applications and services, and competence team management are also critical aspects of this role.
