We are seeking an experienced RF design engineer with a strong understanding of RF design principles and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set encompassing everything from architectural decisions to the specification and implementation of IP blocks, as well as the validation of components in a laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • RFIC Validation and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of RFICs, ensuring functionality and performance meet design specifications.
  • Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Work closely with IP designers to troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of each IP.
  • Test Environment Development: Create and enhance software for test environments, tailored to meet project-specific requirements.
  • Project-Specific Test Cases and Instrument Drivers: Develop and implement test cases and instrument drivers, and continuously improve the test environment to support evolving project needs.
  • Support Test Board Development: Assist in the development and optimization of test boards for RFIC validation.
  • Result Analysis and Reporting: Handle data analysis, present findings clearly, and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making and future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: MSEE or PhD degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in IC Measurements: Strong proficiency in performing IC measurements.
  • Experience in mm-Wave Design: Experience in mm-wave design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with State-of-the-Art Testing Instruments: Familiarity with state-of-the-art testing instruments.
  • Prior Experience with Cellular Standards: Prior experience with cellular standards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Motivation and Collaboration: Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently, with strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
