We are currently transitioning from a start-up phase to a scale-up phase and require further focus on verification and validation of our products.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Leading verification studies and analytical performance evaluations for our research-use and diagnostic products.
• Developing and refining protocols to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable, market-ready products.
• Ensuring that all documentation meets the required standards for in vitro diagnostic device (IVD) registration.
• Evaluating performance studies and reports in collaboration with statistical expertise and R&D colleagues.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Molecular/Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product development, particularly in verification and validation within a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
