Portfolio Analyst

In this role, you will be working closely with Portfolio Managers, R&D leaders, Finance, and other leaders in Genomic medicine to analyze project and portfolio data. This will enable them to make informed decisions that drive tangible impact within the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology sectors.
You will have the opportunity to follow up on and capture Genomic Medicine's Technology Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), working collaboratively with KPI owners to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive progress.
A key aspect of this position is working with stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant data is captured in our portfolio systems. This involves collaborating with project and portfolio managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to secure correct and timely data entry.
In addition, you will support the setup and administration of projects in our systems for portfolio management, time reporting, purchase, and project accounting in collaboration with the central Cytiva Portfolio insights team. This includes implementing new functionality in our portfolio systems by providing input on requirements, testing functionality, and rolling out changes across the Genomic Medicine organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analyzing data and experience using business intelligence, database, and data analysis tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
