Cloud Database Account Strategist Stockholm

We are looking for a Cloud Database Account Strategist to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting MongoDB features and optimizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to promote MongoDB features and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve standard methodologies, processes, and tools, driving continuous improvement of MongoDB's Customer Success Program.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
- 7-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-focused role.
- 4+ years of experience working with large-scale, technically sophisticated accounts and/or Enterprise market customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of technical product experience or education, with a mind for technology and aptitude to learn about MongoDB concepts.
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus.
