About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Communications Lead to spearhead our internal and external communications initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and implement communication strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster a culture of excellence.

Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, including investors, talent, partners, and media. You will work closely with senior executives to ensure seamless communication across all channels, from strategic messaging to day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting transparent messaging for investors, working closely with the CEO and CFO on reports, presentations, and updates.
  • Enhancing brand visibility through media strategies, thought leadership, and crisis communication. Manage press releases, corporate social media, and major announcements.
  • Developing internal communication strategies that inspire, inform, and align employees. Oversee execution and performance on relevant channels.
  • Partnering with HR and executives to ensure clear, engaging communication at all levels.
  • Leading communications during key company transitions or challenges, including coaching and supporting leaders.
  • Oversseeing the development of corporate materials, presentations, speeches, and reports.
  • Tracking and analyzing media coverage, LinkedIn growth, employer brand perception, and employee feedback.

You bring a strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on, delivering high-quality and impactful communications. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills allow you to craft clear, compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences. Comfortable working with senior leadership, you provide expert guidance on communication strategies and best practices.

With strong organisational skills, you excel at managing multiple projects within deadline. Your deep understanding of digital communication tools, internal systems, media outreach, and social media strategies ensures effective messaging across all platforms.

A natural collaborator, you work seamlessly across functions—including executives, HR, product teams, and marketing—to drive integrated communication efforts. As a leader, you have experience mentoring and developing teams, fostering professional growth and high performance.
