About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Manager to join our development team at Evs Inmotion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our configuration management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement configuration management plans for our development teams, ensuring that all projects are properly configured and managed.
  • Lead the Change Control Board for our development teams, ensuring that all changes are properly assessed and implemented.
  • Monitor and report on configuration status for our development teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Implement process improvements to our configuration management processes, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
  • Train and coach our development teams on configuration management best practices.
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure that all production materials are properly configured and available for production personnel.
  • Implement support for our processes in our PLM system and other tools.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in configuration management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in configuration management in a product development company.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git, SVN, Artifactory, or Nexus.
  • Strong technical skills and a passion for technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
